Before you write

Which product do I need?: Guardian is for a family: its people, its places and what it owns. Faith is for a church's safety team. They are separate products, so choose the one that matches who you are responsible for.
Is there an app to install?: Both products run in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, so there is nothing to install to start. Neither is in the App Store or Google Play today. For all-day location sharing, Guardian walks each person through setting up a free app called OwnTracks.
Will either product call 911 for me?: No. Guardian tells the parents and guardians in your family, and Faith tells your own safety team. In an emergency, call 911 first.
I cannot sign in. What should I do?: Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page of the product you use. Guardian and Faith have separate sign-ins, so an account on one does not open the other. If that does not work, write to us from the email address on your account.
How do I cancel Guardian?: The person who pays can cancel on the Plans page inside Guardian, and keeps access until the end of the month already paid for.
Can our church see Faith before we subscribe?: Yes. Request a demonstration and we will walk you through a fully built demo church, then help you set up your own campuses.
