Questions

Do I need a card to start?: No. Every new family gets 14 days free with no card. When the 14 days end, a parent or guardian chooses a plan to keep using Guardian. Nothing is deleted if you take longer to decide.
Does everyone in my family pay?: No. One subscription covers the family. Nobody else needs to pay.
How many people does a plan cover?: Essential and Individual Protect are for one person. Family Protect and Senior Protect include up to 4 people.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?: You pay monthly through a secure checkout run by Base44 Payments; Guardian never sees your card number. The person who pays can cancel on the Plans page and keeps access until the end of the month already paid for.
Is there an app to install?: Guardian runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, so there is nothing to install to start. For all-day location sharing, each person sets up a free app called OwnTracks, and Guardian walks them through it.
Who can see my family's information?: Only people signed in to your family. Parents and guardians see everything; other family members see their own profile and what is shared with the whole family. The Account Record shows who opened or changed what.
