Where everyone is

A live map of your family, and each day as a story

  • Each person, vehicle, saved place and safe zone on one map, with when they were last seen and their phone's battery.
  • The Daily Timeline turns a day into stops and trips: when they left, how long the drive took, where they stayed.
  • Safe Zones are circles you draw. Leaving one, or entering a place marked off-limits, raises an alert.
  • Location history is kept for 90 days and then deleted.

Daily Timeline. Each day as stops and trips: when they left home, how long the drive took, where they stayed.
Safe Zones. Draw a circle around home or school. Guardian tells you when someone leaves it, or enters a place they should not.
Being told

Alerts that reach you, with requests for help first

  • SOS: one press tells every parent and guardian, by email and by text.
  • Leaving a safe zone, a missed check-in, a phone that has gone quiet, a low battery, driving over the speed you set.
  • Out of the ordinary: Guardian compares each person with their own last 60 days and warns when they are somewhere new and far from home, or stopped somewhere new late at night.
  • Each person chooses which alerts they get. Every alert is kept, with who resolved it and when.
Alerts. Requests for help at the top, then everything else that needs a look. Mark each one when it is dealt with.
Activity. Everything that happened, a day at a time.
People

A profile for everyone, and the right access for each

  • Photo, description, school or work, medical details and emergency contacts for each person.
  • Parents and guardians see everything. Other adults and teenagers get their own login and see their own profile and what is shared with the family.
  • A teenager's changes to their own profile wait for a parent to approve.
  • Emergency information: a private link a paramedic can open without a login. The family is told every time it is opened.
People. Everyone in your family and the people you trust, grouped into circles.

If someone or something goes missing

What the police ask for, ready before they ask

  • Missing Person Report: one PDF with the photo, description, contacts, places, routine and vehicles of one person.
  • Theft mode: mark a vehicle or valuable stolen. If it carries a GPS tracker that Guardian can hear from, your family is told when it reports and each time it moves, and its trail is kept every minute.
  • Police report: a one-page PDF with the description, plate or serial number, what happened and where the tracker has reported.
  • Incident log: what happened, the report number, photos and files, and notes that cannot be changed after they are written.

An incident. What happened, the report number, photos and files, and a history of notes that cannot be changed afterwards.
Home and belongings

What you own, with the proof that it is yours

  • Vehicles with plates, VINs, registration, insurance and inspection dates, and reminders before each runs out.
  • Valuables with serial numbers, photos and what they are worth.
  • Documents, photos and videos stored privately, with reminders 90, 60 and 30 days before a document expires.
  • One list of your home's cameras, sensors and alarms, with an alert when one reports something. Guardian does not show camera video.

Accountability

A record of who did what, and your records in your hands

  • The Account Record shows parents and guardians who signed in and what was opened, added, changed or deleted. Nobody in the family can alter it.
  • Reports: what happened over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, as a page or a PDF.
  • Download alerts, incidents, location history and the Account Record as spreadsheet files, or everything at once as one file.
  • The Family Calendar keeps what everyone has on, with a place for each event.
